1. 1/2 Cup warm milk (70 to 80 degrees)
2. 1/2 Cup warm water (70 to 80 degrees)
3. 1 egg
4. 3 Tablespoon honey or sugar
5. 2 Tablespoon butter - softened
6. 1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
7. 2 Cups bread flour
8. 1 Cup whole wheat flour
9. 2 1/4 Teaspoon yeast
In bread machine, place all ingredients into it in order given above. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size (1.5 pound). Turn on machine. Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing. Add 1 - 2 T of water or flour if needed.
