Mexican Meatloaf

2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 cups coarsely crushed corn chips
2/3 cup taco sauce
4 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 cup graded cheese (Mexican blend or regular)

Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf. Place in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. It can also be baked in an oven on 325 for one and a half to two hours.
