Key Lime Pie

4 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice (if possible Key Limes)
6 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

Preheat over to 250 degrees. Beat four yolks, add condensed milk and lime juice and beat until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites, blend in sugar and cream of tartat, beat until stiff and forms peaks. Pour on pie. Bake in moderate oven until egg whites are golden brown.
