Rita Evans Bowtie Pasta Salad

1 cup oil
2/3 cup bottled teriyaki sauce - plain
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
6 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix that and set aside.


Salad:

16 ounce package bowtie pasta cooked and drained
Pour dressing over pasta and let marinade overnight


Then:

1 10 ounce bag of fresh spinach
6 ounce bag craisins
2 cans mandarin oranges - drained
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley (or you can use dried)
1 bunch of green onions - chopped
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 cans waterchestnuts - drained
6 ounce can honey roasted peanuts
2 cups cooked chicken.    (Cooked chicken is best, but canned chicken will do in a pinch.)

Combine all ingredients and then add the marinated pasta.
