Meat Loaf

1 egg beaten
1/4 cup frozen corn thawed
1/4 C seasoned bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon teaspoon dried thyme
4 lbs ground beef
2 lbs pork sausage
1-2 tablespoon ketchup

In a bowl, combine egg, corn, bread crumbs, mustard and thyme. Add meat and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place into un-greased shallow baking pan.

Bake uncovered at 350 fifteen minutes and drizzle with ketchup. Then bake another 20 minutes longer.
