10 oz pkg peas - thawed
1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
1/3 C. green onions sliced
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 2 oz jar Pimentos
1/2 C. Celery slices
Dressing Ingredients
1/3 C Mayonaise
1 T Dijon Mustard
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t pepper
Combine peas, water chestnuts, onions, eggs, pimento and celery.
Dressing: Whisk mayonaise, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over pea salad. Mix and toss well. Cover and put into fridge several hours.
