Cream Cheese Frosting


From Magazine


1 3oz cream cheese softened
1/4 C butter softened
1 t vanilla
1 cups powdered sugar sifted

In medium bowl with electric mixer, combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla, beating till fluffy.

Add powdered sugar gradually and continue beating until smooth and creamy.

Use to frost one 9" cake or the tops of two  9" layers.
