2 packages chopped broccoli (can use frozen)
3 chicken breasts (probably cut up)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 teaspoon curry
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Bake 30 minutes at 325.
NOTE from Aunt Ruth written on back of recipe. Knowing Aunt Ruth, you better read 'em. She was a great cook. :)
"Other recipes say 3/4 cup mayonnaise which I use when cooking for four and then they give various toppings such as cheese or buttered bread crumbs. There are more elaborate recipes. It is called Chicken Devon where a rich sauce is made of the chicken broth, eggs, butter, cream, etc. and thickened a little - and oh yes - Sherry - but I'm lazy and do it this other way and always use the spears rather than chopped broccoli for four people. One package is enough."
