Zucchini Casserole

From Julie Herbig - teacher at Robson Elementary

2 - 3 large zucchini
2 large cans of chopped tomatoes
2 - 3 cups shredded cheese
2 cups bread crumbs

Slice zucchini into oblong casserole pan.

Layer tomatoes, cheese and bread crumbs over top.

Put dabs of butter around on top.

Salt and pepper top.

Bake 350 for 40 minutes.
