Peach Crisp

From Mother

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

Mix and add one egg and 1/3 cup melted butter

Slice and peel 5-6 peaches in bottom of long baking pan.

Sprinkle with sugar.

Put mixture over peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake 400 until crunchy about 45 minutes.

Serve with cream or ice cream.
