Mother's Grease Gravy!


Old family recipe! I've put it on here for keepsake. It is a heart attack in the making. Even I don't make it anymore. We used to eat it over bread. It was very good.   Very, Very Good!!

1. Pour off grease after cooking pork chops.

2. Put that in a dish and set aside.

3. Get one cup of heavy cream (my mother used to cheat with half and half)

4. Pour cream into the pan. (Pork chops have been taken out)

5. Let that cream boil up in the pork chop leavings stirring all the time.

6. Pour that right into the pork chop grease that you set aside.

Mmmmmmmm.....
