2 cups sugar
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons butter
About one cup evaporated milk - start with less and work with it
2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine sugar and cocoa. Stir over low heat for not more than two minutes. Do not let the sugar melt.
Add the butter and blend.
Add the milk stirring constantly. Increase heat little by little.
When it gets hot boil rapidly only one minute stirring.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
I have heard that you can freeze this and it will never sugar up. Although I have never tried that.
