Chicken Zucchini

1 package stuffing mix
3/4 cup melted butter
3 cups diced zucchini
2 cups cubed cook chicken
2 can cream of chicken soup - undiluted
1 medium carrot - chopped
1/2 cup onion - chopped
1/2 cup sour cream

In large bowl combine stuffing mix and butter. Set aside 1/2 for topping. Add zucchini, chicken, soup, carrots, onion and sour cream. Transfer to a greased two quart baking dish. Spring with reserved stuffing mixture. Bakd uncovered at 350 40-45 minutes. It should be golden brown and bubbly.
